Bank of Ireland 365 phone gives you the opportunity to do your banking by phone on 1890 365 365. It's easy to use, quick and very convenient.

Getting Started

To begin using Bank of Ireland 365's telephone banking service, you need:

Your 8 digit bank account number or your 16 digit credit card number
Your own 6 digit 365 PIN

To register for Bank of Ireland 365 phone and online services, simply call us anytime from 8am to midnight, Monday to Friday, (excluding Bank / Public Holidays) or 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. When you register we'll send you a 365 PIN.

If you would like to access your accounts via Bank of Ireland 365 online, we'll also send you an Online User ID and confirm your password details.

When you receive your 365 PIN you'll need to call us (during Agent Assisted hours) to authenticate it. When you do, you're ready to start using the Bank of Ireland 365 range of telephone banking services.

When you have authenticated your PIN you can opt to change it to one of your own choice, by choosing the following options on the self-service menu:
