What you need to use Bank of Ireland 365 online

To access your personal accounts via Bank of Ireland 365 online you’ll need:

• Your own 6 digit 365 PIN
• Your 365 online User ID
• Password information (made up of personal details)

To register for Bank of Ireland 365 online, simply call Bank of Ireland 365 anytime from 8am to Midnight, Monday to Friday, (excluding Bank / Public Holidays) or 10am to 2pm on Saturdays, and we’ll send you an Online User ID and confirm your password details. We’ll also send you a 365 PIN if you don’t already have one.
