How do I top up my mobile phone? (Republic of Ireland only)
To top up your mobile phone or a friend's:
- On "Your Accounts" screen select a current account by clicking on the account name
- Select "Mobile Phone Top Up" on the left hand side.
- Then select your mobile phone prefix from the dropdown list and input the remaining digits of the phone number you wish to top up.
- Repeat the previous step to confirm the mobile phone details
- Select the Telco provider by clicking the relevant radio button
- Select the amount you wish to top up by and proceed
- You will the be asked to confirm the transaction with 3 random digits of your 365 PIN.

How long will it take for the top up credit to be applied? (Republic of Ireland only)
Please allow up to 30 minutes for the credit to be applied to the selected mobile phone.

Can I use it to top up a friend's mobile phone too? (Republic of Ireland only)
You can top up any prepaid mobile phone registered in the Republic of Ireland, supplied by eligible Mobile Phone provider.

Which mobile phone providers can I top up with? (Republic of Ireland only)
You can top up prepaid O2, Vodafone and Meteor phones. You can only top up mobile phones registered in the Republic of Ireland.

How much can I top up and is there any limit? (Republic of Ireland only)
You can top up your mobile phone in multiples of €10, from €10 to €50.
The maximum top up amount is €150 per working day. From Friday 5pm until Monday 5pm the maximum top up amount is also €150.
